  1. Check new hire has commenced on day one (quick, fire off the invoice)

  2. Make a few calls over the next 12 weeks in case there's a problem (ensure they're still in the role when the replacement guarantee expires)

You may have lived this experience yourself as a hiring manager, internal recruiter, as a candidate, as an agency recruiter in a former life, or possibly wearing all four hats at one time or another? It's quite normal in the recruitment industry, but it shouldn't be.

Part of each recruitment fee is also used to provide your new employee with a personalised program incorporating wellness, life coaching and up-skilling.
